Admission Requirements
For Degree-Seeking Students:
Bachelor of Computer Science, Telecommunication and Network Engineering or Software Engineering
For Non-Degree-Seeking Students:
The exchange program is open to French-speaking and non-French-speaking students who have completed a minimum of 3 years of a bachelor’s degree program at one of our partner universities in computer science, applied mathematics, telecommunication and network engineering or software engineering.
Students from partner institution interested in an exchange program at Efrei must contact the international office of their home university.
Minimum Entry Language Requirements
- English
TOEFL 85 (iBT), 570 (paper), TOEIC 750, IELTS 6.5, or equivalent
- French
For the French program: TEF 600, TCF 450, DELF B2 or equivalent
For the English program: basic skills needed (TEF 200, TCF 200, DELF A1 or equivalent)
French Language courses and accommodation in Paris can be booked by Efrei upon request before the beginning of the school year.

Completed applications must include the following:
For All International Candidates
- Certified copies of all university transcripts
- 1 letter of recommendation from a professor or a professional supervisor / career counselor
- A CV or résumé in English
- Official results of TOEFL, TOEIC or equivalent tests
- Official scores of TEF, DELF, or equivalent (only if applying for the program in French)
- 2 passport photos
- A copy of the relevant passport pages (photo, passport number, etc) or copy of ID (for EU students)
- The Housing Application

- The Housing Agreement (2 full pages)duly signed and dated

- A signed and dated copy of the Computer Network User Agreement

For Non-Degree-Seeking Students Applications
- An application form for Non Degree-Seeking Students. Please fill and submit this PDF form online.

- The Learning Agreement (validated by the international officer of the home university)

- Proof of Insurance:
- For non-European students: Copy of the Medical and Repatriation Insurance policy in English (the insurance policy must cover the entire period of stay in France)
- For E.U. students: European International Medical Insurance Card
For Degree-Seeking Students Applications
- An application form for Degree-Seeking Students. Please fill and submit this PDF form online.

- A certified copy of the Bachelor degree
- A statement of purpose describing your reasons for studying in France, for choosing Efrei, and describing your career objectives
- 1 letter of recommendation from a professor or a professional supervisor / career counselor
- For non-European students: a proof of a Medical and Repatriation Insurance policy in English covering the period in France from the day of arrival to the 1st of October. (At this date, all international students must subscribe to the French student health insurance plan.)
